About the event
We're starting a new thing and you're invited! Beginning next week, WIT will be running monthly, invitation-only, dramatic improv jams to give players with some dramatic experience a space to continue practicing their skills.
Our first jam is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 7 to 9 p.m., in our new space at Southminster United Church (The Way Station, room B22). This jam will be hosted by Lindsey and Leichelle.
This is not an open jam. Right now, we're only inviting the participants from November's Dramatic course, plus the cast of Ottawa Secrets. This is so everyone involved has a baseline level of familiarity with the type of work and safety considerations. To that end, we ask that you please do not invite other improvisors. If you know of someone who's interested in trying out dramatic improv, please point them in the direction of our Narrative & Dramatic Taster Session next Tuesday.
